One facility, the full portfolio

Every tray, every packing element, every internals piece, every mist eliminator and coalescer is fabricated at our 40,000+ sq ft manufacturing facility in Valsad, Gujarat, India. Owning the manufacturing means we control tolerances, material traceability, and lead times directly — and we can take design decisions through to fabrication without a vendor handoff.

Materials, from CS to titanium

Our material capability spans the full range of services we engineer for. Carbon steel, the full stainless steel family including duplex grades, nickel-based and nickel-copper alloys, high-temperature nickel-chromium alloys, titanium, zirconium, and other exotic alloys. On the polymer side, we work with polypropylene, polyethylene, PVC, CPVC, FRP, and engineered fluoropolymers including PVDF, ECTFE, PFA, and PTFE.

QC and traceability

Material certification, dimensional inspection, weld testing, and traceability documentation are provided in accordance with project requirements agreed at the time of the order. Our quality system is certified to ISO 9001:2015; occupational health and safety to ISO 45001:2018.

Logistics for global shipping

Sectional construction can be provided to suit vessel access and installation requirements. Crating and dispatch are handled in-house, with export-grade packaging, including fumigation, for ocean and air freight.

Capabilities at a glance

What we do, on site

Sheet metal fabrication

Cutting, forming, punching, and welding of carbon steel, the full stainless steel range, nickel alloys and other exotic materials.

Wire mesh knitting and pad assembly

The capability that started the group in 1948 — knitted wire mesh fabrication for EVERMESH, EVERFIBRE, and coalescer media.

Tray panel manufacture

Valve punching, orifice forming, and deck assembly. Proprietary boltless panel-to-panel construction is available as an option on EVERFRAC trays.

Structured and random packing fabrication

Wire gauze (including in-house weaving) and sheet metal structured packing modules in stainless and exotic alloys. In-house capabilities also include random packing fabrication.

Welding and weld qualification

Qualified welders and procedures for the full material range. Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT) and Radiographic Testing (RT) of welds are available on request.

Sub-assembly and crating

Final assembly into sections sized to pass through vessel manways, with export-grade crating, fumigation, and traceability.
