What our quality system covers
Every job at Evergreen runs against a documented quality plan — material certification, dimensional inspection, weld qualification, non-destructive testing where the service warrants, and traceability records from raw material through to dispatch.
Material certification
Material test certificates can be provided for all materials if agreed in advance — carbon steel, the full stainless steel range including duplex grades, nickel alloys, titanium, zirconium, and exotic alloys. Polymer materials carry equivalent certificates of compliance for chemical resistance and grade.
Weld qualification
Welding procedure specifications (WPS) and procedure qualification records (PQR) cover the material range we fabricate. Welder qualifications are maintained per ASME IX or equivalent. Weld inspection — visual, PT (Liquid Penetrant Testing), and RT (Radiographic Testing) — is performed per project requirements.
Inspection and test plans
Project-specific Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), inspection requirements, hold and witness points, and participation by client representatives or third-party inspection agencies (TPI) are established as agreed at the time of the order. Inspections cover incoming material, fabrication and final dispatch, in accordance with the approved project ITP.
