Selection and project requirements
The supply scope covers individual components for new projects and replacement or revamp duties in existing columns and vessels.
Selection considers gas and liquid loads, fluid properties, liquid distribution, pressure drop and carry-over requirements. Engineering support can include hydraulic design, assessment of existing internals, and installation supervision, with the scope agreed to suit project requirements.
Process performance guarantees can be offered for selected applications, subject to agreed feed characteristics, operating conditions, and performance criteria.

Packed Absorption Columns
EVERPACK packings provide gas–liquid contact in carbon-capture absorption duties. Liquid distributors, supports, and other column internals are selected to suit the packing arrangement, operating loads, and pressure-drop requirements.

Mist Removal
EVERMESH mesh pads or EVERON vane mist eliminators can be selected to limit entrained liquid carry-over from gas streams. Selection depends on the droplet-size distribution, liquid loading, operating conditions, and required outlet performance.

Replacement Internals & Revamps
Assessment and replacement of packings, column internals, and mist eliminators in existing carbon-capture equipment. The scope considers available space, access, operating loads, and required separation performance.
