Equipment for gas treatment and separation
Gas-processing equipment must accommodate the composition and flow of the incoming stream, including variations in gas and liquid loads. Evergreen develops internals for new columns and separator vessels, and for revamps within existing equipment.
Equipment selection considers operating pressure, fluid properties, inlet momentum, liquid carry-over targets, and service-specific requirements such as foaming, corrosion, and slug flow. Engineering support can include hydraulic design, assessment of existing internals, revamp recommendations, and installation supervision, with the scope agreed to suit project requirements.
Process performance guarantees can be offered for selected applications, subject to agreed feed characteristics, operating conditions, and performance criteria.

Glycol Dehydration
Removal of water vapour from natural gas using triethylene glycol. Trays or structured packings provide gas–liquid contact, while mist eliminators at the contactor gas outlet help limit glycol carry-over.

Amine Sweetening
Removal of hydrogen sulphide and carbon dioxide from sour gas using amine solutions, followed by regeneration of the rich solvent. Trays, packings, and column internals support absorption and regeneration, with mist elimination where required to control liquid carry-over.

Natural Gas Liquids Fractionation
Separation of natural gas liquids into component fractions in columns such as deethanisers, depropanisers, and debutanisers. Trays, packings, and column internals are selected for the required product separation and operating loads in new plants and revamps.

Slug Catcher Internals
Gas–liquid separation at receiving facilities handling intermittent liquid slugs. For vessel-type slug catchers, inlet devices and mist eliminators can be selected to suit the inlet momentum, liquid handling requirements, and vessel arrangement.

Compressor Inlet Knockout Drums
Removal of entrained liquid upstream of gas compressors to help protect downstream equipment. Inlet devices and mist eliminators are selected for the liquid loading, droplet-size distribution, and allowable pressure drop.

High-Pressure Gas Scrubbers & Revamps
Mist removal in high-pressure gas service where vessel capacity or liquid carry-over limits performance. EVERSPIN axial cyclones can be combined with EVERMESH or EVERON stages; the potential improvement in an existing vessel is assessed for the specific service.

Three-Phase Production Separators
Separation of gas, hydrocarbon liquid, and water from production streams. Inlet devices, calming baffles, and liquid–liquid coalescer media support bulk phase separation. Gas-outlet mist removal can use EVERMESH mesh pads, EVERON vane assemblies, or EVERSPIN axial cyclones, selected to suit the operating conditions and separation requirements.
