Equipment selection considers gas and liquid loads, droplet size, solids content, fouling potential, temperature and fluid chemistry. Materials and cleaning arrangements are selected for the actual service, with consideration for corrosion, deposits and access for maintenance.
Evergreen can assess requirements for new projects and replacement or revamp duties. The supply scope, inspection requirements and documentation are agreed to suit the project specifications.

Steel Pickling — Acid Scrubbing & Mist Removal
Packings for gas–liquid contact in acid-gas scrubbers and mist eliminators for entrained acid or scrubbing-liquid droplets. Fibre-bed designs can be evaluated for fine acid aerosols. Equipment, media and construction materials are selected for the acid chemistry, concentration, temperature and required outlet performance.

Direct Reduction / Sponge Iron Plants
Mist eliminators for droplet removal where wet gas-cleaning systems are used in direct-reduced iron plants. Packings and coalescer media can be evaluated for applicable absorption and liquid–liquid separation duties, with selection based on the process arrangement and fluid properties.
